Lan Hai is currently a Design and Business student at MIT, pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From 2025 onward, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at REACH, focusing on design, recruitment, and AI tools for creator productivity. Previously, Lan gained experience as a student intern at PwC, where they developed a "Customer Engagement Handbook" for a German automaker, and contributed to market research and data analysis. Their early experience includes assisting on the Roboat project at the MIT Senseable City Lab. Lan studied at Milton Academy from 2019 to 2023.
