Lynette Weir

Lynette Weir is a retired healthcare professional with extensive experience in healthcare missions and clinical laboratory science. Since September 2022, Lynette has been affiliated with the Weir Family. Lynette's career includes a long-standing role as a Healthcare Missionary with Reach Beyond, where involvement in the Health Care Division, laboratory work in Hospital Vozandes Shell and Quito, and participation in the Big Brother/Sister Program and guest house ministry have been significant. From 2011 to June 2023, Lynette served as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist and Lead/Resource Technologist at Allina Health-Buffalo Hospital. Lynette also contributed as a Parent Volunteer at Alliance Academy from 2003 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a BA in Medical Technology from Bethel University and studies at the Instituto de Lengua Espanola and the Institute of Holy Land Studies.
