Mitchel Caputo

Mitchel Caputo is an experienced community manager currently overseeing the physical and financial operations of Rex Arms and Dresden Apartments at REACH Community Development. With a strong background in property management, Caputo previously served as an assistant community manager for Wy’East Plaza, where responsibilities included managing tenant applications and eligibility. Prior experience includes work as an apprentice carpenter at Caputo Handyman Services LLC, where remodeling and repair projects were undertaken across residential and commercial properties. Additionally, Caputo worked as a career development coach and real estate broker at Weichert, Realtors, excelling in agent training, recruitment, and providing exceptional client service. Caputo holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Public Affairs from Portland State University.
