Reach for Investment and Development was incorporated in 2011 as a holding company based on the strategic decision by the owner and chairman Mr. Malik Melhem. A restructuring was essential to accommodate the natural growth and companies expansion, which operates since 1990s in the GCC countries mainly in UAE, Kuwait, KSA and Qatar, as well as the future investments in the MENA region.

Reach Holding was established to manage and lead multi-sector investments, through targeting new investment opportunities in the MENA region. In addition, to managing and controlling the current portfolio companies.

Reach Holding currently holds three regional arms (Branches) in Jordan, United Arab of Emirates and Egypt in addition to Palestine as its headquarter. Our portfolio of companies diversify and expand in multi essential economic sectors and varies in geographical locations.
