Eric Smith

Eric Smith is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Technology at Reach Pathways since January 2024. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Web Developer at Sunrise Communication Strategy and held multiple positions at TPT - Twin Cities PBS, including Educational Game Programmer and Game Developer. Additional experience includes a short tenure as a Software Engineer at Waking Oni Games and an API Support Engineer at Braintree. Eric has also contributed as a partner at Afronaut Labs and as an SEO Writer at Express Writers. Earlier roles include Product Advisor at Microsoft, where Eric introduced Mixed Reality VR to various customers, and Product Designer at Payper, leading to a significant increase in user retention. Eric's career began as an Android Developer and Technical Advisor at Wisconsin's Equity & Inclusion Laboratory, where Eric developed an app focused on equity and inclusion in education. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
