Andrea Wright

Andrea Wright has extensive experience in the education field, with a focus on learning and development. Andrea is currently the Head of Learning and Development at REAch2 Academy Trust, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Early Career Teacher Development at the same organization from September 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining REAch2 Academy Trust, Andrea worked at Tidemill Academy as the Director of Teaching School from September 2017 to August 2021. Andrea also had a Fellowship at Ambition Institute from September 2018 to September 2020.
