Denise Jagger

Denise Jagger is an accomplished leader with a strong background in governance and corporate roles. Currently serving as Senior Independent Director at Reach plc and Non Executive Director at Topps Tiles, Denise also holds the position of Trustee at the National Trust. Previous experience includes serving as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at CLS Holdings plc, as well as Senior Independent Director at Pool Reinsurance Company Limited and Bellway plc. Academic qualifications include an LLB in Law from the University of Warwick and a Post Graduate Degree in EU Studies from Universite de Nice. Notably, Denise has also contributed to the University of York as Chair of Council and was Chairman of St Giles Trust.
