Matthew Cliffe has extensive experience in finance and revenue management, currently serving as the FP&A Revenue Lead at Reach plc since May 2019. In this capacity, Matthew oversees the revenue function of the FP&A Centre of Excellence, focusing on monitoring, reporting, and analyzing revenue information and KPIs. Previous roles include Head of Revenue and Banking and Finance Manager - Revenue and Credit, where responsibilities included accounting for over £600 million in revenue, debt, and cash receipts. Prior experience includes positions at Trinity Mirror plc as a Commercial Analyst, Finance Business Partner at Media Wales, and various roles in management accounting at the Trinity Mirror North West and North Wales. Matthew began a career at Ethel Austin Ltd and the Universities Superannuation Scheme after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Loughborough University and is currently an Affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
