Phil Boon

Phil Boon is a seasoned professional in the creative media industry, currently serving as Creative Lead at Reach plc since January 2023. Previously, Phil held multiple roles at LADbible Group from November 2017 to November 2022, including Senior Social Editor and Social Editor. Early career experiences include a position as Junior Researcher at ITV, where work involved reviewing and shortlisting public video submissions for the show You've Been Framed!, and various roles at That's Lancashire, where responsibilities spanned from Technical Director to Video Journalist. Phil's background also encompasses videography and camera operation with various organizations, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Television and Film Production from Edge Hill University, obtained from 2013 to 2016.
