Simon Heester

Simon Heester's work experience spans over several roles and companies. Simon started their career in 2001 as a Freelance Production Office Coordinator at Universal Pictures. From there, they moved on to work as a Production Coordinator at Channel 4, followed by a Schedule Planning Executive at BBC 2. Simon then joined ITV as a Client Services Executive before transitioning to the BBC as a Broadcast Services Manager. Simon later became the Head of Client Services at Deluxe Media Europe (formerly ITFC Ltd), and then moved to Channel 5 as the Head of Content Delivery. Simon then worked at Viacom as a Project Manager for the Channel 5 merger. Following this, Simon took on the role of Interim Project Development Director at Film The Event. Currently, they are the Head of Commercial Video for Reach plc in Devon & Cornwall.

Simon Heester completed their A Levels in Media, Film, Communication, and General Studies at The Cornwall College Group from 2000 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television Production with a focus on Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician at Bournemouth University from 2001 to 2004.
