Casey Barela has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They worked at NuAxis Innovations as a Sr. ServiceNow System Engineer, where they provided general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. They also worked with EITCS Operational teams to build requested items, configure applications, and improve workflows.

Casey Barela's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Arcadia High School and obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies. From 1997 to 2000, they furthered their education at Canyon High School, earning another High School Diploma in General Studies.

Casey then pursued higher education at the University of Colorado Denver from 2002 to 2006, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.

They also obtained two more certifications from ServiceNow, including ServiceNow CSA - London Delta and ServiceNow CIS ITSM - London Delta, both obtained in October 2018.
