Dan Donnell is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and technical support. Currently serving as the National Help Desk Team Lead at Koniag Government Services since January 2022, Dan has also held the role of Service Desk Engineering Specialist at NuAxis Innovations since September 2016. Prior to these positions, Dan supervised a Service Desk team at the City of Lakewood from January 2002 to March 2016, managing technical support for over 1,500 users and overseeing extensive system upgrades. Dan's early career included a role as a Help Desk Specialist at Inflow®, providing support for 600 employees. Throughout this career, Dan has demonstrated expertise in managing technical support operations and implementing efficient solutions.
