Jamaar Williams has gained extensive work experience in various roles and positions throughout their career. In 2013, they served as an Administrative Assistant for The Green Group, where they played a vital role in providing excellent customer service and organizing properties for potential buyers. From 2014 onwards, they transitioned into IT support roles, starting as a Tier 1 support at R. Emmanuel Consulting and Training Center. Jamaar then worked as a Help Desk Specialist at the University of Maryland University College, followed by a technician role at Project Reboot. In 2015, they became a Document Specialist at ACE International Consultants, where they successfully completed basic customer requirements and managed printing and scanning functions. Later that year, they joined the Department of Commerce as a Help Desk Specialist Tier 2, and eventually moved to NuAxis Innovations as a Desktop Support specialist in 2016. Throughout their career, Jamaar has consistently demonstrated their ability to adapt and excel in various IT-related roles.
Jamaar Williams attended the Hope Project from 2015 onwards, where they focused on Tier 1 support (Help Desk) in their field of study. In March 2015, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from the institution of CompTIA. However, no information is available regarding any other certifications obtained or degrees pursued.
