Lindsey Tepp

Lindsey Tepp has extensive work experience in business development and strategy. Lindsey currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at NuAxis Innovations since April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Business Development Operations from June 2019 to April 2022. Lindsey also held the position of Director of Business Development from December 2016 to June 2019 and Manager of Business Development Operations from June 2013 to December 2016 at NuAxis Innovations. Lindsey started their career at the company as a Business Development Analyst from June 2009 to June 2013.

Before joining NuAxis Innovations, Lindsey worked as an Administrative Clerk (Internship) at the Naval Fleet and Industrial Supply Center from May 2007 to August 2007.

Lindsey Tepp obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from the University of Virginia, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Capturing Federal Business/Qualifying to Win" from Shipley Associates: We Help Companies Win Business in February 2018, "Writing Federal Proposals" from Shipley Associates: We Help Companies Win Business in July 2011, and "Certified ScrumMaster" from Scrum Alliance in November 2016.
