Alan Archila is the Chief Executive Officer of REACT and the NXP Agent for Costa Rica at NXP Semiconductors. They also serve on the board of MadFintech, a role begun in 2024. In prior roles, Archila was CEO of Enforce de Costa Rica from 2006 to 2011, and held technical positions at Convergence Communications (1999–2002) and McAfee (2001–2005).
