Marcela Pereira

Marcela Pereira is an independent consultant specializing in management, risk, compliance, and governance. As a CPA, CISA, CISM, and CRISC, Marcela has accrued extensive experience in information security, risk management, project governance, and auditing. They served as the President of ISACA Costa Rica from 2012 to 2014, during which they led the chapter to win the award for Best Large Chapter in Latin America in consecutive years. Currently, Marcela is the Chief Operations Officer at REACT and has held various roles including General Manager at SISAP Infosec SA and Head of Information Security at Banco Nacional. Marcela obtained a technical degree in Systems Auditing and a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Public Accounting from UCR.
