Clément Bartholoméüs has a diverse work experience history. Clément has been the CEO & Cofounder of TrustEat since January 2020. TrustEat is a technologically advanced company that focuses on preventing refrigeration failures through their AI-based service. They invest heavily in improving their service and conducting research and development. Clément's role involves utilizing IoT sensors to automatically measure temperatures for professionals and notify them in case of any issues.

Prior to TrustEat, Clément worked as the Responsible Commercial at Novigotech from March 2015 to December 2018. Novigotech was later acquired by CEGID in June 2018. Additionally, they served as an Ingénieur d'Affaires at agap2 from June 2014 to November 2014. Before that, they held multiple roles at Groupe KeesMel from 2013. These roles included being a Contract Manager, conducting production activities in Cameroon (bakeries) as part of intrapreneurship, and working as a BE in Building Thermics.

Clément Bartholoméüs attended Gustave Eiffel from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Classe préparatoire degree in PT*. Clément then went on to study at the Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 2010 to 2013, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Clément also obtained two certifications. In 2015, they completed the "Entrepreunariat: Mooc sur l'effectuation" course at EMLYON Business School. Earlier, in 2013, they obtained the FEEBat certification in "Formation aux Economies d'Energie du Bâtiment" from the Fédération Française du Batiment.
