Robert Gliege

Robert Gliege is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in managing and leading engineering teams across various sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at React Health, Robert oversees interdisciplinary teams focused on innovative respiratory care solutions while managing project budgets and driving engineering excellence. Prior to this, Robert was Principal Engineer and Development Engineering Manager at Advanced Green Innovations, LLC, where a major achievement included leading a $5M+ project to develop a natural gas direct injection fuel system. Additionally, Robert held the position of Research & Design Engineer at the University of Washington's Joint Institute for the Study of the Atmosphere and Ocean, contributing to significant oceanographic and atmospheric research projects. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
