Jonathan Lansey

Jonathan Lansey has a diverse work experience. Jonathan currently holds the position of Lead Data Scientist at REACT Neuro since May 2019. Prior to that, they co-founded Astro Ledger Institute in 2018, where they worked as the Chief rubber taster and contributed to the development of ERC721 smart contracts. In 2013, they founded Loud Bicycle, a company focused on making cycling safer. Jonathan has also served as a Trustee at The Awesome Foundation starting from 2011. Their role as Chief Data Scientist at Booxby from March 2017 to September 2020 allowed him to solve book discovery problems using machine learning. Jonathan worked as a Senior Data Scientist at WHOOP from December 2015 to July 2016, and at Quanttus from November 2013 to October 2015. Jonathan's early professional experience includes working as a Research Engineer/Scientist at Aptima, Inc. from September 2010 to October 2013, as a Research Associate at Boston University from January 2009 to May 2010, and as a Summer research associate at the Weizmann Institute of Science in 2008.

Jonathan Lansey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Jonathan also holds a Master of Arts degree in Cognitive and Neural Systems from Boston University. In addition, they have a certification as a Certified Feline Belly Rub Administrator from the Royal Academy of Mufasa.
