Fabien Crassat

Fabien Crassat has a diverse work experience in various roles related to Agile, DevOps, Lean Startup, and Software Architecture. Fabien started their career in 2006 as an intern and then worked as a Software Analyst at Enablon, where they were responsible for defining and implementing risk and control management software.

Fabien later became a GRC Suite Software Architect at Enablon, where they were involved in the architecture definition and design of complex Governance Risk Conformity applications. Fabien also participated in detailed proposals and pre-sales missions.

In 2011, Fabien took on the role of Enablon Suite Software Architect. Fabien was responsible for designing, testing, coding, delivering, and maintaining software modules using Agile Scrum methodologies. Fabien collaborated closely with product managers, testers, and other software engineers.

From 2014 to 2015, Fabien worked as a Support Level 3 Lead Coordinator at Enablon, where they coordinated support activities of an international Agile team. Fabien also provided coaching and mentoring to junior team members.

Fabien then joined Reacteev in 2017, where they held various roles including Agile & DevOps Coach, Lean Startup Coach, Agile Coach, Agile & Craftsman Coach, and Scrum Master. In these positions, they provided coaching and training to development teams on Agile methodologies and various technologies such as Big Data, Web, and PowerBI.

Throughout their career, Fabien has demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, DevOps, and Lean Startup. Fabien has a strong track record of improving work processes and team interactions to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Fabien Crassat received their Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Physical Sciences from IUT Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, Auch, Castres from 2000 to 2002. Fabien then pursued further education at ESIEA - ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEUR·E·S D'UN NUMÉRIQUE UTILE, where they obtained a degree in Engineering from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Fabien Crassat has acquired several certifications including Certified Kubernetes Application Developer from The Linux Foundation in December 2022, Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile Framework Certification Training in October 2019, Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in July 2013, and Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in June 2012.
