Frederic Gendre

Frederic Gendre has extensive work experience in various roles related to project management, coaching, and agile methodologies. Frederic started their career at Valtech in 2000 as a Project Manager, leading a team in the creation of a B2B platform. Frederic then joined inspearit in 2002 as a Senior Consultant, where they provided coaching, workshops, and training for IT teams. In 2006, they moved to Bull as a Projects Director, overseeing project management, pre-sales, and project framing. After that, they worked at Smile as a Portfolio Projects Director, evaluating project risks, supporting project managers, and helping to restore client relationships. At SQLI, where they were the BU Manager from 2010 to 2015, they defined offerings, managed a team of consultants, and ensured financial performance. Frederic joined Aubay France in 2015 as an Agile Manager and Coach, responsible for Agile transformations and coaching. Frederic then worked at Sopra Steria Next as a Director of Consulting and Agile Manager-Coach. Currently, Frederic is at Reacteev, serving as the Director of Offer and Coach for Product Owners and Project Managers.

Frederic Gendre obtained their Master II degree in Mathematics & IT from the Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications over the years. These include Agile Coaching and ICP-ACC from ICAgile in April 2019, Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile Inc in October 2018, SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2017, COBIT 5 implementation from APMG in September 2013, and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in May 2013.
