Julien BOURGUIGNON

Julien BOURGUIGNON has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Julien currently holds the position of Program Manager at Reacteev since September 2021.

Prior to this, they worked at BP2S (BNP Paribas Securities Services) from 2017 to 2021, where they served as a Program Manager overseeing three IT applications responsible for the FOREX market. Julien'steam operated under the AGILE methodology, with a team size of 11, including eight members situated in Chennai, India.

From 2011 to 2017, Julien worked as a Team Manager of Business Analysis and Project Management at BP2S, leading their team in various projects.

Before that, they served as an Analyst and Business Developer at BNP Paribas from 2007 to 2011. In this role, they ensured the maintenance and development of custody accounts for institutional investors. Julien collected business requirements and wrote specifications, covering areas such as new product development, product maintenance, and regulatory topics.

Julien's earlier experience includes their tenure as an IT Analyst and Developer at BP2S (BNP Paribas Securities Services) from 2003 to 2007, where they focused on technical evolution and development using Korn Shell, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Starting their career at BNP Paribas in 1997, Julien served as an IT Analyst and Developer within the securities account management department for institutional clients. Julien'sresponsibilities included collecting technical requirements, writing specifications, developing software using Cobol, CICS, and PowerBuilder, and performing technical testing.

Julien Bourguignon completed their education in the field of computer science. From 1995 to 1997, they attended IUT Paul Sabatier-Toulouse and obtained their DUT Informatique de gestion degree. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they enrolled in the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and earned a Licence informatique degree. Additionally, in December 2021, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc.
