Pascal Ogil has extensive work experience in the field of Agile coaching and software architecture. Pascal started their career at CGI in 2000, where they worked as a Technical Architect and later took on the role of an Outsourcing Project Manager. In these positions, they gained expertise in software package management, language training, and ECM consulting.
In 2016, Pascal joined Sopra Steria as an Architect, where they co-led an architect cell and participated in pre-sales activities, including proposing agile transformation support. Pascal also initiated a CodingGame animation to challenge and inspire young developers. Pascal later transitioned to the role of an Agile Coach, assisting clients in their agile transformations by creating conducive environments and supporting teams.
