Pascal Ogil

Pascal Ogil has extensive work experience in the field of Agile coaching and software architecture. Pascal started their career at CGI in 2000, where they worked as a Technical Architect and later took on the role of an Outsourcing Project Manager. In these positions, they gained expertise in software package management, language training, and ECM consulting.

In 2016, Pascal joined Sopra Steria as an Architect, where they co-led an architect cell and participated in pre-sales activities, including proposing agile transformation support. Pascal also initiated a CodingGame animation to challenge and inspire young developers. Pascal later transitioned to the role of an Agile Coach, assisting clients in their agile transformations by creating conducive environments and supporting teams.

Pascal is currently working at Reacteev as a Coach Agile & Coach Pro. The details about this role are limited, but it can be inferred that they are involved in coaching and supporting professionals in their agile practices.

Throughout their career, Pascal has demonstrated a strong passion for agile methodologies and has actively contributed to fostering agile practices within their organizations.

Pascal Ogil started their education in 1999 at IUT, where they pursued a DUT degree in Informatique de gestion. Pascal attended IUT LENS during the same period for another DUT degree, but the field of study is not specified.

Pascal also became a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant in May 2022, and a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist in September 2017. Furthermore, they acquired certifications in the field of coaching, including "Métier de Coach – Niveau 6 – RNCP n°35563" from IFOD - École des métiers du coaching et de l’accompagnement in June 2022, and "Utilisation des techniques de coaching dans l’accompagnement des individus et des équipes" from the same institution in September 2020.
