Olivier Sube is an experienced project consultant and senior information technology project manager with a strong focus on supply chain management. Former roles include consulting for Amaris, overseeing deployment processes at Bouygues Telecom, and managing the implementation of sophisticated supply chain systems at Laboratoires Expanscience. Olivier Sube has also played a key role in transitional management for SAP implementation at Guerbet and co-founded Café de la Place in Reillanne, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills.
