Caitlin Mixter

Caitlin Mixter serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations at Reactivate and is a member of the Executive Committee. In her role at Reactivate, Caitlin is responsible for business unit development as well as managing and overseeing core business areas such as technology, legal, marketing, human resources and corporate impact.

Prior to joining Lafayette Square, Caitlin served as Vice President of Business Development & Investor Relations at Brightwood Capital Advisors, where she was responsible for the development, marketing, and distribution of Brightwood’s products and overseeing the firm’s institutional and consultant relationships with corporate pensions, insurance, endowments and foundations, family offices and high net worth individuals.

Before joining Brightwood, Caitlin was part of the Global Business Development team at GoldenTree Asset Management($46bn AUM). Previously, Caitlin held investment roles at GSO Capital Partners(Power, Energy, Metals & Mining) and Oaktree Capital Management. Caitlin started her career at Barclays Capital in Investment Banking-Leveraged Finance(Natural Resources & Power).

Caitlin serves as Board Secretary for Colorado Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Power (WRISE). Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Virginia and is based in Boulder, Colorado.
