Danae Fleming

Danae Fleming currently serves as Operations Manager at Reactivate, a community solar energy platform focused on supporting renewable energy development in underserved communities. Prior to this role, Danae held various positions at SOLV Energy, including SCADA Assistant Project Manager and Operations Reporting Manager at Swinerton Renewable Energy. Danae’s experience also includes roles at EDF Renewable Energy as SCADA Systems Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining and upgrading the Operations Control Center’s central SCADA system, as well as data management and analysis. Danae began the career as an intern providing support for Operations Control Center and SCADA integration projects. Danae earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from California State University-San Bernardino in 2013.
