Adnan Khalil

Adnan Khalil's work experience is as follows:

From September 2021 to present, Adnan worked as a Project Manager at Reactive Technologies Limited.

From 2019 to September 2021, Adnan worked as a Project Manager at Enervest Pty Ltd. In this role, they reviewed and approved engineering designs, managed design risks, coordinated with in-house and subcontractor staff, and handled DNSP Grid application and post-installation documentation.

From 2015 to 2019, Adnan worked at Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization. Adnan initially served as a Project Engineer, where they managed the design and installation of solar PV systems and mini-micro hydropower plants. Adnan ensured compliance with standards, performed commissioning and testing, and implemented mitigating measures during the different project phases. Later, they became an Electrical Engineer and oversaw the construction of substations, solar farms, and transmission and distribution networks. Adnan ensured compliance with technical specifications, scheduled installation and inspections, and tracked project performance.

From 2010 to 2014, Adnan worked at the National Radio Telecom Corporation of Pakistan. Adnan started as an Electrical Engineer, handling site feasibility, solar PV system design, execution, and maintenance. Later, they transitioned into a Research Engineer role.

Overall, Adnan Khalil has extensive experience in project management, electrical engineering, and renewable energy, specifically in solar PV and mini-micro hydropower projects.

Adnan Khalil has a diverse education history. Adnan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Adnan Khalil has acquired several qualifications. Adnan became an Accredited Grid Connect Designer through the Clean Energy Council in December 2019. In August 2018, they obtained a Construction Induction certificate from Workplace Health and Safety Queensland. Adnan Khalil also became a MIEAust PEng (Member of Engineers Australia Professional Engineer) in July 2018. Adnan obtained the IELTS certification (International English Language Testing System) from the British Council in May 2017. Additionally, they became a Registered Electrical Engineer through the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in October 2010. Adnan also holds a License to Perform High-Risk Work from WorkSafe Victoria, which they obtained in July 2019.

Adnan Khalil has also pursued further professional development. Adnan completed a Grid Connect Design course at Melbourne Polytechnic in 2019. Furthermore, they pursued a Grid Connect Install course and received a Certificate III in EAL (Access) (Partial), both from Melbourne Polytechnic in the same year. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, Adnan Khalil enrolled in Skilled Up and is working towards obtaining a Certificate IV in Building and Construction with a focus on Building/Construction Site Management/Manager.
