Principal Power Systems Engineer at Reactive Technologies Limited

Antonio Enas has a comprehensive work experience in the field of engineering, particularly in power systems. Antonio began their career in 2017 as an Engineering Intern at EP Produzione, where they worked on upgrading the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system of a gas-fired power plant. Antonio gained experience in mapping relay networks, producing visual representations of architectures, and contributing to meetings with the supplier. Antonio also demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and presented a technical specification document to the Power Plant director.

In 2018, Antonio joined Reactive Technologies Limited as an R&D Power Systems Engineer during their industrial placement. Under the supervision of Prof Goran Strbac and Brian Berry, they focused on advancing power system modeling, digital signal processing, technical risk assessment, and large data analysis automation. Antonio effectively presented technical information and contributed to the low carbon transition of power grids globally. Antonio continued working with Reactive Technologies after completing their placement, taking on roles such as Power System Engineer and Technical Solutions Engineer.

Antonio completed their final year of M.Eng. at Imperial College London in 2019, where they were a student. During this time, they expanded their knowledge in engineering and gained additional skills.

Currently, Antonio holds the position of Senior Power Systems Engineer at Reactive Technologies Limited. In this role, they conduct research, designs, develops, and delivers engineering solutions to Transmission System Operators (TSOs), Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), and energy traders worldwide. Antonio utilizes their expertise in power systems modeling, digital signal processing, and machine learning to create new products and features. Antonio also takes responsibility for implementing and maintaining product features in the cloud, as well as facilitating communication between various teams and customers.

Antonio Enas's education history includes a wide range of academic and professional qualifications. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Imperial College London, where they completed a degree in MEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management. During this time, their field of study focused on electrical and electronics engineering.

In addition to their engineering degree, Antonio also pursued studies in business and management. From 2017 to 2019, they attended the Imperial College Business School, where they obtained a degree in Business for Professionals of Engineering and Science (BPES).
