David Lecky

David Lecky is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Read King since August 2016, David oversees all retail and medical construction projects. Prior to this role, David was the Vice President of Construction at Fidelis Realty from August 2012 to August 2016, responsible for all development and construction-related projects. David also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Lyda Swinerton, managing the Houston office and later transferring to Austin to lead high-rise projects. Earlier in David's career, the role of Vice President of Building Development was held at Tribble & Stephens Construction, as well as Vice President of Southwest Operations at Brown & Root Building Company, where responsibilities included managing construction in the Southwest and overseeing Embassy projects in Washington, D.C.
