Lina Kononenko is an experienced product design leader with a strong background in transforming product strategies and driving business growth. Currently serving as Head of Product Design at Readdle since March 2024, Lina is focused on building a high-performing design team. Previously at Wix from March 2018 to September 2022, Lina held various leadership roles, including Head of Mobile, where significant improvements in product KPIs were achieved through strategic initiatives. Lina also led UX efforts for multiple products at Wix and was instrumental in establishing the Mobile Design team. Earlier experience includes leading UX teams at Luxoft and undertaking complex design projects in the financial sector. Lina holds both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Economic Cybernetics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
