Andi Landes

Andi Landes has a solid background in operations and inventory management. They started their career in 2000 as a Product Manager and Account Manager at Advanced Marketing Services, where they managed book products for major wholesale clubs. They then worked at Make Believe Ideas as an Operations Manager and Senior Key Accounts Manager, overseeing international distribution and coordinating with warehouse personnel and freight forwarders. In 2013, Andi joined Life+Gear, Inc. as an Operations Manager, analyzing financial results and auditing sales forecasts. From 2014 to 2019, they served as a General Merchandise Manager at ReaderLink, responsible for overall operations and inventory management for children's book imprints. Andi then moved up to Director and subsequently Senior Director of Publishing Operations and Inventory Management at ReaderLink, overseeing operations, inventory, and logistics for adult and children's imprints. They have extensive experience in inventory management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Andi Landes attended San Diego State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders.
