Randy Long

Randy Long is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at ReaderLink since March 2023, Randy oversees operations for North America's largest full-service book distributor, which ships over 325 million books annually and generates substantial sales. Prior to this role, Randy held multiple leadership positions at Bed Bath & Beyond from 2014 to March 2023, and briefly at J.Crew in 2014. Additional experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Toys R Us and Quidsi Inc., as well as a lengthy tenure at PepsiCo, where Randy progressed through several sales management positions from 1996 to 2009.
