Emma Ramos currently serves as the Director of Operations at ReaderLink, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Emma held the same role at Radial Inc. from September 2019 to October 2023. Emma's career in operations began at Pier 1 Imports, where various titles were held from July 2004 to November 2013, including Distribution Center Director and Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as DC Manager at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance from January 2014 to June 2019 and in the US Army from December 1995 to March 2003. Emma Ramos earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Troy University between 2002 and 2004.

The Romeoville office supports data analysis and order management to enhance operational efficiency in logistics.
