The Program Management and Coordination team at Reading Partners oversees the implementation and delivery of individualized reading tutoring programs across elementary schools. They ensure operational efficacy, manage community and national partnerships, innovate program strategies, and coordinate volunteer service initiatives to support and improve literacy outcomes for students.
