Reading Roots Tutoring is dedicated to empowering K-5 students by providing personalized, one-on-one tutoring services tailored to the unique learning needs of each child. Specializing in the Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach, our tutoring is designed to support students with dyslexia or other learning challenges, ensuring they receive the targeted assistance they need to thrive.

Founded by Ashlea Abraham, an experienced educator with over a decade of hands-on experience, Reading Roots Tutoring aims to bridge the gaps that traditional classroom settings may leave behind. Ashlea’s expertise, honed through years of teaching and specialized OG training, ensures that every student receives a tailored educational experience that meets them where they are.

At Reading Roots Tutoring, we believe that every child has the potential to succeed when given the right tools and guidance. Our approach is diagnostic and prescriptive, meaning that each lesson is crafted to align with the student’s specific learning style and needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. This method fosters not only academic growth but also builds the confidence that is essential for lifelong learning.

Parents who partner with Reading Roots Tutoring can expect more than just academic improvement. They will see their child’s confidence grow, as they overcome challenges in reading and spelling. We work closely with families to ensure that our tutoring is making a meaningful impact, providing regular updates and adjusting our strategies to meet evolving needs.

Join us on our mission to make learning a positive, engaging, and confidence-boosting experience for every child. Whether your child is struggling with a specific learning challenge or just needs a little extra help to thrive, Reading Roots Tutoring is here to support their journey.
