Garrett Thelander is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in debt capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of the Workout Group at Ready Capital, Garrett previously held senior positions at leading banks and brokerage firms, including CIT Bank and Cushman & Wakefield. Garrett's expertise includes structuring and closing over $10 billion in real estate transactions, with a focus on cultivating relationships with quality sponsors across the eastern United States. An alumnus of Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, Garrett holds a master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on leadership and real estate finance.
