Gilbert E. Nathan

Gilbert E. Nathan is one of our independent directors. Mr. Nathan joined our board of directors in March 2019 following the completion of our merger transaction with Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. (“ORM”) and served on the board of directors of ORM prior to the merger transaction. He has served as the managing member and a director of Jackson Square Advisors LLC, a financial advisory and services firm since September 2015. Since August 2018 and until the completion of the sale to the Company, Mr. Nathan has served as a director of Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc., a middle market commercial real estate lender. He also serves as a director for Pacific Ethanol, Inc (NYSE:PEIX).
