Throughout a diverse career, Jonathan held leadership roles at Smith Barney Mortgage Capital, Wachovia, GE Capital, and other firms, demonstrating a unique blend of financial acumen and commitment to public service, including a long-standing involvement in emergency management and civic engagement. Jonathan's academic credentials include a JD from Syracuse University and graduate coursework in Homeland Security from the Naval Postgraduate School.
