Julie Ricketts Bourne

Julie Ricketts Bourne has a strong background in software quality assurance and analysis. Julie started their career at Medstar Health in 1996, where they worked as an Application Analyst until 2007. Julie then moved on to Catholic Health East, where they served as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst from 2007 to 2019. During this time, Julie gained expertise in ensuring the quality of software systems. In 2013, they joined Trinity Health (HQ Michigan) as a Software QA Analyst and continued in this role until 2019. Most recently, in 2019, Julie began working at Ready Computing as a Scrum Master.

Julie Ricketts Bourne has attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Julie later pursued a degree in Information Technology from Notre Dame of Maryland University. Julie has also obtained a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional certification in August 2022 from Scrum Alliance.
