Kayla Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kayla started their career as a Marketing & Sales Intern at Southwire Company in 2007, where they gained valuable experience. Kayla then moved on to Greenway Health in 2010 and held various roles, including Research Services, Marketing & Program Manager, Director of Customer Experience - Data Services, and Project Manager, ScrumMaster. This allowed their to develop skills in customer experience, data services, and project management. In 2016, Kayla joined Ready Computing as a Technical Project Manager and ScrumMaster, further honing their project management skills.
