Ryan Y. began their career in 2012 as Business Development at VIP Networks LLC, where they provided total computer network support for small, medium and large-sized businesses in the New York area. In 2013, they moved to Chelsea Technologies as Business Development Manager, where they provided first-class IT design, implementation, hosting and support services to the global financial industry. Ryan then joined The Access Group in 2015 as Partner Sales Manager, where they worked with StratoGen, a leading global VMware hosting provider with award winning cloud platforms in the UK, US and Asia. In 2016, they started at Dedicated IT as IT Sales & Strategy, a Managed Services Provider offering cloud and premised based managed services and computer network design including voice/data communications solutions. After three years, they moved to MSP Revenue as Founder, providing seasoned MSP sales executives without the overhead. In 2019, they began working at Dark Cubed as MSP Channel Sales Lead, and then at ATCOM Business Technology Solutions as Senior IT Specialist, where they worked with clients to determine the best IT strategy for their organization. In 2021, they joined TrinWare as Director of Sales, and currently works at Ready.net as Account Executive, helping to close the digital divide in America.

Ryan Y. is currently enrolled in the University of Hartford. Ryan has also obtained various certifications, including HubSpot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot Academy in October 2021, WatchGuard Sales from WatchGuard Technologies in July 2016, Microsoft Sales Specialist for SMB Infrastructure from Microsoft in February 2015, VSP 2017 from VMware in August 2017, SMB Specialization for Account Managers from Cisco in July 2016, and VSP 2015 from VMware in June 2015.
