🧠🌈 Neuroscience-Informed & Neurodiverse-Affirming Emotional Regulation Resources
For Parents, Therapists, and Educators

Ready Rocket Resources was co-founded by Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapists Bella Martini (BSc MOT) and Tash O'Connor (BSc Occy Th) in Perth, Western Australia. With over 20 years of combined clinical experience, they are passionate about helping children understand and navigate their emotions through neurodiverse-affirming tools, underpinned by neuroscience and play-based learning.

Their flagship program, The Galaxy Guide to Running My Rocket, uses space-themed metaphors and engaging characters to teach emotional regulation and brain-body awareness. This child-led resource includes over 100 practical strategies for use at home, in therapy, or in the classroom.

🚀 Programs and Resources Include:

Ready Rocket School Learning Program: A whole-classroom curriculum for Kindy to Year 2, aligned with the Australian Curriculum and designed to develop emotional regulation readiness in a neuroaffirming way

Ready Rocket Kids Workshop: A play-based small group therapy framework supporting skill development in emotional regulation and self-awareness

All About Emotions Online Workshops: For parents and therapists, these evidence-informed online workshops break down complex emotional concepts with practical, easy-to-implement strategies

Neuroaffirming Inclusive Listening Packs: Tools for understanding individual sensory and listening profiles to support inclusion and connection

A Deeper Dive: Getting to Know My Foggy Goggles: A focused resource to help children understand the fight, flight, freeze, and fawn stress responses and make sense of their internal experiences during heightened emotions

Built on hundreds of hours of research and developed in response to the limitations of traditional therapy models, Ready Rocket Resources promotes inclusive, strengths-based practice that respects and celebrates every child’s neurotype.
