Amanda Engquist DePhillips, owner of Ready Set Plan LLC, has extensive experience as a marketing communications professional with proven successes in events, promotions, marketing campaigns and media relations for various entertainment and consumer destinations.

She started Ready Set Plan with one thought: the joy is in the journey and the destination is the reward. So, with Amanda's passion for planning, coupled with her excitement for lasting experiences that make people happy, the company was born.

Her love for all things Disney has not only created another opportunity to help people connect over a magical Disney vacation, but she's found a joy in the planning and collaboration!

Ready Set Plan also assists with strategy and planning for everything from small gatherings and high-profile events.
