Alejandro Martearena

Alejandro Martearena has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alejandro is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Ready Set. In their previous role as the Director of Engineering at Olapic, Inc., Alejandro was responsible for overseeing the engineering staff and ensuring the implementation of high-quality product development processes. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at ARRIS, where they focused on automating testing systems and implementing quality assurance practices. Alejandro also served as a Sr. QA & Software Engineer Manager at Motorola Mobility, defining and managing the QA strategy for various video solutions. Before that, Alejandro held the position of QA Program Manager at Motorola Solutions, where they were in charge of the overall QA strategy for the Mobile VoIP Enterprise solution. Alejandro began their career as a Technical Instructor at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and later served as an IT Manager at Universidad Blas Pascal. Throughout their career, Alejandro has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Alejandro Martearena pursued their education in a chronological sequence. From 1996 to 2001, they attended Universidad Blas Pascal, where they earned a degree in Telecommunication Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications and Computer Software Engineering. In 2009 to 2010, Alejandro furthered their studies at PM Value - Universidad Blas Pascal, specializing in Project Management and acquiring a Program Manager degree. Additionally, in 2011, they briefly attended the University of Cambridge to obtain a certification in BUSINESS ENGLISH (BEC Vantage).
