Nicolas Molina

Nicolas Molina has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Nicolas started their career in 2011 as an International Relationships Executive at COINED International and worked there until 2014. In 2015, they joined Spinlock SRL as a Business Development Agent for a brief period before moving to Be There Argentina S.A. - Mystery Shopping 100% Filmado, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Nicolas joined Olapic as a Project Manager, and later became the Project Manager Team Lead in 2020. In these roles, they delivered large and global strategic client projects, supported the Customer Success Manager and wider team in day-to-day operational management of the Project Management team, and provided training, onboarding, mentorship, direction, and coaching to direct reports and junior team members.

Currently, Nicolas is working at Ready Set as a Project Manager, where they support the Head of Project Management with production operations for video ads on paid social platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Nicolas Molina completed their Associate's degree from SUNY Broome Community College from 2005 to 2007. Nicolas then pursued their higher education at Binghamton University from 2007 to 2009, where they specialized in Political Science with a focus on International Relations. Nicolas'sfield of study during this time included foreign affairs and international collaboration.
