Roma Rizzo

Roma Rizzo has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and people management.

Roma started their career at Lagash in 2014 as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including job description review, candidate sourcing, and posting requirements on job portals.

They then moved up to the role of Technical Recruiting Lead and HR Analyst, where they were in charge of the recruiting team in Argentina.
