At Ready to Rise, we believe that meaningful change happens through everyday life—not just in the therapy room.

We provide evidence-based mental health occupational therapy for adults across Australia via telehealth, with in-person appointments available in Melbourne. Our approach goes beyond symptom management to help people reconnect with the roles, routines, relationships and activities that give life purpose.

Ready to Rise has a special interest in perinatal mental health, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum and the transition to motherhood. We also work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties and psychosocial disability.

Our services include:
• Mental Health Occupational Therapy
• Perinatal Mental Health
• Pregnancy and Postpartum Support
• Birth Trauma Recovery
• Anxiety, Depression and Emotional Wellbeing
• NDIS Psychosocial Disability Supports
• Functional Capacity Assessments
• Medicare Mental Health Care Plan Services
• Telehealth Australia-wide

With over a decade of experience across public and private mental health services, Ready to Rise combines clinical expertise with compassionate, person-centred care. Therapy is tailored to each individual’s goals, helping people build sustainable routines, strengthen confidence, improve participation in daily life and create lasting change.

We welcome referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, midwives, obstetricians, maternal and child health nurses, NDIS support coordinators and allied health professionals.

Ready to Rise — Helping people move beyond surviving to living with purpose.
