Danny Roberge

Danny Roberge is a skilled entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the staffing and consulting sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of GSD Search, LLC, established in July 2024, Danny focuses on connecting top talent with leading organizations, emphasizing results-driven placements. In addition, Danny co-founded Ready2Work in January 2024 to address labor shortages in the U.S. Previously, Danny served as a Business Consultant and Staffing Leader, providing strategic growth solutions to businesses. Earlier roles included Co-Founder and Chief Solution Wizard at BirdDog Search Partners and a decade-long career at IDR, Inc., culminating in the position of Chief Revenue Officer. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Criminal Justice, Danny began a career in customer service and sales with Simplex Healthcare and Gaylord Entertainment.
