Bernard Sawicki has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Bernard started their career at Adobe in 2015, where they initially worked as a Sales Intern, learning the principles of the sales process and preparing offers for clients. Bernard then progressed to become a Junior Partner Sales, responsible for developing and customizing a suite of tools for IT consulting clients. In this role, they also prepared presentations on Adobe's product suite and conducted meetings to increase sales potential. Sawicki then became a Partner Sales Manager, overseeing the reporting system and leading to increased annual recurring revenue.

In 2018, Sawicki joined Ready4S as a Senior Business Researcher, conducting research on potential clients and assisting the sales department. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Office Manager, where they managed reception, mail distribution, and the calendars of board members. Finally, Sawicki's most recent role at Ready4S is Chief of Staff to the CEO, overseeing the development of custom software solutions for various industries and managing the full scope of projects from requirement analysis to ongoing maintenance.
