友永大智

大智 友永 is currently the head of the Vehicle Division at READYFOR and serves as a curator. After graduating from Tokushima University, they built a career at a regional bank, engaging in sales of investment trusts and insurance, among other financial services, while also contributing to local business expansion. 大智 has experience as a consultant in the blockchain industry and co-hosted the BlockBiz seminar, focusing on innovative approaches to blockchain business implementation. They are also interested in organizational development, researching next-generation organizational methods like Teal Organizations and Holacracy.
